In continuation of my letter of the 24th May 1916
a
I am directed by Mr. Secretary Chamberlain to send for the
information of Kr. Secretary Bonar Law a copy of the letter
received from the Government of India accepting liability
for the rewards paid in Hong Kong for information regarding
the eugling of arms from China to India.
A copy is also being sent to the Foreign Office,
the Director Lilitary Intelligence and the Director Intelligeme
Division.
